You are requested to submit Admission Form, Rs 500/ (cost of Prospectus) & necessary documents mentioned below at the school office on Tuesday, 18.11.25 between 9.30 am to 1.30 pm

1. Rs 500/- for Prospectus and Admission Form

2. 1 latest passport size photo of the child

3. One attested copy of the birth certificate

4. One attested copy of Caste Certificate (if any)

5. One attested copy of Proof of Residence

6. One attested copy of Aadhar Card

7. Parents Qualification Certificate (Mother & Father)

8. Nursery Report Card

Please carry Xerox copy of the above document and the original of the above documents for verification.
