CIRCULAR FOR PARENTS

(Orientation Programme, Information for Books and Uniform for the Newly Admitted Students for the Academic Session 2026-2027)

 

Dear Parents

Greetings!

We are delighted to welcome you and your child to the St Mira’s school family.  As new members of team, we are excited to have you join us in fostering a nurturing and enriching environment for your child's growth and development. We believe that a strong partnership between home and school is essential for the success of each student.

Throughout the school year, we will keep you informed about important events, academic progress and opportunities for parental involvement. We encourage you to actively participate in school activities to create a truly collaborative and supportive atmosphere.

We understand that transitioning to a new school can be both exciting and challenging for both you and your child. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any questions, concerns, or suggestions.To ensure a smooth transition into the new academic session, we have organized an Orientation Programme for new students and their parents.

The following is the schedule for Meet and Greet for the Session 2026-27:

During this session, you will be introduced to the school’s academic structure, rules and regulations, and extracurricular activities. You will also have the opportunity to meet our faculty members and clarify any queries.

 

Important Information:

  • School reopening Dates:

         Std I – IV:           8 June 2026, Monday

         JrKG & SrKG:    9 June 2026, Tuesday

         Nursery:            10 June 2026, Wednesday

  • Please bring your child along with you so that we can click her I-Card photo.

  • Books and copies will be available at school. Please bring a cloth bag to carry the books.  

(You may carry the following amount to buy the same. The amount given below is the approximate amount)

Nursery – Rs 2500/-

JrKG – Rs 2500/-

SrKG – Rs 3500/-

Std I – Rs 5500/-

Std II – Rs 5600/-

Std III – Rs 6500/-

Std IV – Rs 6900/-

  • School uniforms & Transport availability details will be shared with you. 

  • At least one parent is requested to attend the orientation program and complete the necessary formalities.

 

We look forward to your participation and to beginning this journey together.

Attendance for both parents (father and mother) and student is mandatory.

We request all parents and students to be present on time and actively participate in the session.

Kindly adhere to the above for the smooth functioning and avoid any inconvenience.
